Who Are We ? This journey started for me in 2004 when two gorgeous, but somewhat troubled kittens, came into my life. Holly first, there was a message on the company intranet to say that there was a kitten that no-one wanted, she had been homed for 4 x weeks but the owners didn't want to keep her, my heart went out to her. So I took her home that night, stopping to get supplies. When we got home she disappeared behind the washing machine for 3 x days! She has had issues all her life but is mellowing over time with love and support.
Then came Monty, what I thought was a ginger boy kitten to grow up to protect Holly. However a few weeks after the Vet had checked Monty out I discovered what I thought was a rash and so went back to the Vet, only to be told that my boy kitten was in fact a girl! She already knew her name and so Monty she stayed. Monty is my ‘shadow’ and is a very loving and affection cat.

Luxury boarding cattery opened in July 2007 on the outskirts of Walberton village in West Sussex. Meadowbrook Cattery provides luxurious accommodation, a rural tranquil setting and personal attentive care for your cat. Situated a mile south of A27 between Arundel and Chichester, Meadowbrook is easily accessible from Bognor, Littlehampton, Worthing, Midhurst and surrounds.

The cattery is nestled within our small woodland area which attracts lots of wildlife, with views across our gardens and fields. Your cats will have lots to keep their eyes on!
Our location is extremely convenient for customers en-route to Gatwick Airport as we are just off the slip road of the A23 at Hickstead/Burgess Hill.

Headholme Cattery is fully licensed by Arun District Council and inspected annually.
Our cattery provides housing of various sizes that are separately heated to cater for all customers, young and old. We are an experienced husband and wife team caring for our customers 24 hours a day and live on site ensuring everyone is looked after to a high standard. We provide a wide selection of quality foods, i.e. Burns, James Wellbeloved etc. but we do not give raw food.
We can with prior arrangement collect and return cats to their home for a small charge to cover petrol.

Our cattery comprises ten double chalets. Two chalets are especially designed for older cats having both ground level and raised sleeping accommodation. We have the facility to create a family suite capable of housing four cats from the same family.
Each sleeping cabin has its own heating panel providing gentle warmth on chilly days and nights.
We are licensed with Lewes District Council, fully insured and vet approved.
