MEET THE TEAM

Richard

Co-owner of Lindee Lu, Richard spends most of his time running two other businesses but is always good for a bag of doughnuts when he visits us! Richard enjoys Country sports, motorbikes and his beloved Labrador, Deacon.

Rachel

Married to Richard, Rachel oversees the day to day running of Lindee Lu. Once a professional Double Bass player in London, Rachel now enjoys living in the Country with their 5 dogs and large family.

Susie

Office Manager, Susie, liaises with all our customers, organising delivery dates and making sure our installation team have all the information they need. Susie loves cycling and at weekends thinks nothing of riding 100 miles a day.

Ray

Ray is our Factory Manager, Technical Manager and will find a solution to most problems. A true family man, Ray sings all day long, loves motorbikes and always has another circus skill he is trying to perfect!

Paul

Paul is the newest member of the team, joining us from his previous skilled work, as a landscaper. Dedicated skull artist, Mustang enthusiast and self-taught guitar player, we add another creative fellow to the Lindee Lu installation team.

Tim

Tim has been with us for over 40 years and is part of the woodwork. What Tim doesn’t know about Lindee Lu just isn’t worth knowing! He is a Thin Lizzy fan and true dog lover, spending his spare time with family and black Labrador, Kira.

Steph

Holding her own in the male dominated workshop, Steph makes all our doors and windows and joins the installation team when needed. Steph is a qualified diving instructor who enjoys her car, motorbike and, of course, her grandchildren
