Nabwood Luxury Cats Lodge is a modern, spacious and comfortable cattery located in the Shipley area.

Barn view cattery is owned and run by John and Lucy Dixon.  The cattery is situated in the lovely rural, yet accessible village of Ings, near Windermere.  Turning off the A591 onto Grassgarth lane you are taken to our quiet family farm, over looking the valley towards windermere. Who Are We ? This journey started for me in 2004 when two gorgeous, but somewhat troubled kittens, came into my life. Holly first, there was a message on the company intranet to say that there was a kitten that no-one wanted, she had been homed for 4 x weeks but the owners didn't want to keep her, my heart went out to her. So I took her home that night, stopping to get supplies. When we got home she disappeared behind the washing machine for 3 x days! She has had issues all her life but is mellowing over time with love and support.
Then came Monty, what I thought was a ginger boy kitten to grow up to protect Holly. However a few weeks after the Vet had checked Monty out I discovered what I thought was a rash and so went back to the Vet, only to be told that my boy kitten was in fact a girl! She already knew her name and so Monty she stayed. Monty is my ‘shadow’ and is a very loving and affection cat.

Headholme Cattery is fully licensed by Arun District Council and inspected annually.
Our cattery provides housing of various sizes that are separately heated to cater for all customers, young and old. We are an experienced husband and wife team caring for our customers 24 hours a day and live on site ensuring everyone is looked after to a high standard. We provide a wide selection of quality foods, i.e. Burns, James Wellbeloved etc. but we do not give raw food.
We can with prior arrangement collect and return cats to their home for a small charge to cover petrol.

We are fully licensed and inspected by Babergh & Mid Suffolk District Council, under the Animal Welfare Regulations 2018.

Jass is fully trained by F.A.B and our cattery is run in line with F.A.B and the 2018 animal welfare regulations and protocols. We care for our guests on a daily basis, week in and
week out. So your cats will see the same faces and receive continual care from the same person. As cat lovers ourselves we appreciate that no two cats are alike and individual care will be given, we are aware that some cats have their own quirky ways and personalities.

A warm welcome to Hotel Catifornia. Situated in the rural village of Theberton, Suffolk, this is one of the few catteries exclusively boarding cats. With now over 4 years of experience looking after cats, the secure and safe, timber framed cattery has 16 pens each housing two cats from the same household (two larger pens can house up to four). Each pen has heated sleeping quarters and a run facing onto the enclosed cattery garden.

Our cattery is surrounded by tranquil countryside where our guests can enjoy watching the horses in the field, the butterflies in the garden, or the buzzards fly above the woodland.
